FOR INDEPENDENT NDIS SUPPORT WORKERS
For the support worker managing their own participants, supports and paperwork. BEMO Solo gives the owner one operator account with their own worker profile.
From the first support to the invoice. Less retyping, and no admin left for later.
Set the support once, whenever suits you. It shows up in your calendar and My Schedule.
Record your start. The participant and service details are already there.
Confirm the time and capture notes while they're fresh.
Check the times, notes and amount together before anything goes out.
Approval creates a draft invoice. Look it over, then send or print.

Services are added from the NDIS catalogue in each participant’s profile. This library retains existing service references for historical records.
Search by item number or name. Choose the region where support will be delivered. Confirm the item, date and claim rules before charging.
Add funded services in Participants → Services. Participant rates and saved support or invoice details do not change automatically when the catalogue is updated.
Review plan end dates, confirmed allocations to this business and services needing renewal. Remaining funding and low-budget warnings apply only to recorded allocations. Funding information not provided does not itself require review.

Each contact is saved separately. Add as many contacts as needed.
Optional. Add only an amount confirmed as available to this business by the participant, plan manager or coordinator. If funding information has not been provided, leave it blank: supports can still be scheduled and invoiced. This is not the participant's entire plan balance.
Remaining includes scheduled commitments, delivered work and issued invoices once each. Payments reduce unpaid invoices. Estimates use saved support prices and the current invoice tax default until a draft fixes its GST.
Allocate existing supports to a category with a matching service date. This changes reporting metadata only. Each change retains an audit record.
Add the agreed services you will provide. Choose an NDIS item, then confirm the agreed rate and service dates.
Old browser-only entries are not imported automatically. Supports & Records links participants to services. Invoices and payments are available in Financial.

Manage workspace defaults, subscription, add-ons and data export. Personal preferences and security are under My Account; business details and invoicing are under My Business.

Support dates use each support’s saved time zone. Invoices use their invoice date; drafts are excluded from financial totals. Payments use the date received and exclude entries currently reversed. Balances and statuses reflect the records now, not a historical balance at the end of the period.
Download one ZIP containing your recorded information, including archived participants and records.
These are the only four export types. No JSON or system backup files are included.
This keeps a readable copy of your records. It does not restore the whole BEMO system.

Earlier invoice versions and deleted or merged drafts are retained here for auditing. These copies are read-only.
Issuing assigns an invoice number and locks its details. Nothing is emailed or submitted as a claim.

Schedule a support, record what happened, then approve the completed record. Approved records are locked and automatically create a draft invoice for review in Money.
Scheduling saves the agreed service and rate. After a completed support is approved, a draft invoice is created for review in Money. Creating a draft does not send an email or submit a claim.

Build a personalised setup checklist for this worker and business.
The worker now has a personalised Compliance Centre and next-action list.
The next workflow will create the participant record, funding-management details, goals, services, consent and service-agreement setup — using the services already created in Step 2.
Close the loop: see what happened, what needs attention, what money is outstanding and what is coming up.
Prototype visualisation using the business target and any invoice/payment information recorded in the workflow.
Generate a draft from approved support information only. The worker must review and approve the report before use.
You can now see the complete client journey from business setup through support delivery, payment and reporting.
Before adding more features, the best next move is to run one fictional worker and participant through the entire journey and identify duplicate entry, confusing screens, missing automation and unnecessary steps.
